As CSO of Fakhruddin Holding and CEO of Saif AIR Tech, he has converted advanced sustainability concepts into commercially deployed technologies, providing NOA with invaluable insights on prototype validation, field testing, and scale-up.
His leadership as former CEO of The Island (UAE), Vice President of SRM University, and Country Head for Tata Motors (Saudi Arabia) demonstrates his proven capability to build and manage large, multi-sector innovation ecosystems—critical for NOA’s cross-industry model.

Amitabh Tiwari is a sustainability strategist with 28 years in the UAE building national climate frameworks, market-based decarbonization systems, and global climate-finance platforms. As Founder of The Carbon Markets Inc. and Co-Developer of the Global Sustainability & Carbon Exchange (GSCX), he brings deep expertise in carbon pricing, MRV systems, and climate capital mobilization — all key enablers for NOA’s climate-tech startups.

Mr. Nilesh Joshi brings more than 24 years of global financial-markets expertise to NOA Sustainability Lab, making him a strategic asset to its mission of accelerating climate-tech innovation. As Founder & CEO of Artis Ventures and Artis Global Advisory, he has built boutique advisory firms specializing in multi-asset brokerage, regulatory licensing, and cross-border financial structuring. His leadership track record spans major financial hubs including Dubai, London, and Mauritius, where he has guided institutions through licensing, market entry, and large-scale business expansion.
